Texans receive update on WR Tank Dell for Week 5
Tank Dell is looking “good to go” for Sunday’s showdown against the Buffalo Bills for the Houston Texans. Dell, who missed Week 4’s win over the Jacksonville Jaguars with a chest injury, returned to practice for the first time in over a week.
Texans' Tank Dell: Limited in return to practice
Dell (chest) was a limited practice participant Wednesday. His return to practice, even in a limited capacity, lends credence to reports from earlier this week suggesting Dell is expected to return for Sunday's game against Buffalo.
Texans not activating Christian Harris from injured reserve this week, Joe Mixon and Tank Dell are ‘day to day’
Mixon was ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to a sprained ankle suffered against the Chicago Bears in a game-time decision after returning to practice Friday morning, per league sources. There is optimism that he could return to play this week against the Buffalo Bills.
Tank Dell returns to practice, Joe Mixon did not participate
Receiver Tank Dell (chest) was limited in Wednesday's session after he missed Sunday's win over the Jaguars. Dell did not practice all last week. He has nine receptions for 99 yards along with five carries for 35 yards so far this season.
Texans' Tank Dell: Returns to practice
Dell (chest/ribs) returned to practice Wednesday, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports. It was previously reported that Dell is expected to return for Sunday's game against Buffalo after missing a Week 4 win over the Jaguars. He may be limited at practice to start the week but is on the right track to suit up Sunday.
