Issiah Mehki Ross, the 17-year-old charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Lyric Woods and Devin Clark, made a brief first court appearance on Tuesday.

Issiah Ross, 17, was arraigned on two counts of first-degree murder in superior court; it's his first time appearing on these charges since they were upgraded to adult court.

Ross was enrolled for just six days this year, from Aug. 29-Sept. 3. Since the mention of trying Ross as an adult, two women have also been charged with harboring Ross when he fled to Delaware.

Issiah Ross, who went to school with Clark at Eastern Alamance High School in Mebane, is being tried as an adult. He has been in custody since Oct. 5th.
