In Sean 'Diddy' Combs’ ongoing sex crimes case, a Manhattan federal court judge has ruled that prosecutors must destroy their copies of the embattled music mogul's handwritten notes.

Diddy scored a legal win on Tuesday after a judge revealed he would not consider evidence obtained through raiding of the rapper's jail cell.

One of Combs’ lawyers called the feds’ conduct “outrageous” and claimed their actions violated attorney-client privilege during the hearing.

The seizure came during what the government has described as a multi-day sweep of all cells at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
