An anonymous SEC basketball coach called John Calipari "archaic," but an Arkansas assistant was quick to dismiss that claim.

National basketball writer Jeff Goodman talked to SEC coaches last week and published a piece on Hoops HQ in which an unidentified coach said Calipari “is becoming archaic.” The headline of the story: “Opposing Coaches on John Calipari and Arkansas: ‘Outdated.’ ‘None of their pieces fit.’”
