Tonight, the Ducks will take on the Calgary Flames for the first time this season. The Ducks are coming off a 4-1 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday while the Flames are coming off a 4-1 loss to the Nashville Predators on Saturday.

Not many players will have as good a day that Frank Vatrano had on Sunday. Vatrano agreed to a three-year contract extension through the 2027-28 season with Anaheim and then had two goals and an assist in the Ducks 4-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning.

For the first time in a long time, the Ducks could be on their way out of rebuild mode. But they aren't quite there yet.
