Stellantis announced changes on Monday aimed at simplifying its structure and speeding up processes, as the automaker presses ahead with a reorganisation it started after former CEO Carlos Tavares left in December.

Antonio Filosa, currently serving as chief operating officer for Stellantis’ Americas regions, will now also oversee the global Quality division. His expanded role underscores the company’s focus on improving product reliability and customer satisfaction.

The revolving door of Jeep CEOs has spit out a new leader in the form of Bob Broderdorf. Alain Favey has been tapped to lead Peugeot, while Xavier Peugeot takes over at DS Automobiles. Stellantis’ bureaucracy has also been revamped to allow for “enhanced local decision-making.
