Perhaps the only lingering knock against Goff, perceived or otherwise, was that he struggled outdoors or in the elements. Now that he’s won in Green Bay for a third straight season -- something Stafford never did, and all the other quarterbacks to don Honolulu blue over the last 70 years -- perhaps those concerns will die, too.
