A San Diego doctor pleaded guilty Wednesday to supplying ketamine that he knew would be used by the late actor Matthew Perry without proper medical supervision. Mark Chavez, 54, entered a plea to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine at a hearing in federal court in downtown Los Angeles.
