People are always shocked when I say that I don’t shop on Amazon all that much. I’m part of the “old” generation that still gets a giddy feeling in their stomach when they walk into a store, wandering through the vast aisles.

For the second year, Amazon will hold a Prime Big Deal Days sales event in early October, giving consumers a chance to beat the holiday shopping rush and save money in the process.
