Houston dentist Christopher Pedlar was arrested with over 100 nitrous oxide canisters in his car and admitted to inhaling the gas all day, police said.

Christopher Michael Pedlar, a Houston dentist, already had one bust for possession of nitrous oxide when he was pulled over Saturday and arrested again.
