SAN ANTONIO — Someone from Seguin, Texas woke up $1 million richer. A Guadalupe County resident claimed a winning ticket worth $1 million in the scratch-off ticket game Million Dollar Loteria. This is the fourth of 10 top prizes worth $ 1 million to be claimed in this particular game, according to Texas Lottery.
