Frigid temperatures did not dampen the spirits of those gathered to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday.
The Ramble designed by Nelson Byrd Woltz opened in phases and consists of the Upper and Lower Ramble. The latter completed in 2022, and the former opened this year. Combined, the Upper and Lower Ramble comprise 50 acres of public outdoor space.
