Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks has spoken out in response to calls for him to be kicked off the BBC show

Strictly's Pete Wicks may have not been in the bottom two yet but he has been made the 'dead cert' to be kicked off the show this weekend, following backlash over this week's result.

The 37-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex star’s Cha Cha to Right Said Fred’s I’m Too Sexy didn’t go down particularly well with the judges, receiving a score of 27 out of 40.

While viewers were dazzled by many of the extravagant routines on display, former Strictly professional Brendan Cole did not have a glowing review for current contestant Pete Wicks. The former TOWIE star performed a Cha-cha-cha with his dance partner Jowita Przystal, and earned 27 points from the judges.
