Luke Getsy was fired as Raiders offensive coordinator Sunday night. As of Monday morning, Antonio Pierce was not ready to name a new one.

The Raiders head coach explained why it was time to part ways with Getsy after only nine games as Las Vegas' offensive coordinator.

These firings come just after offensive coordinator Luke Getsy was let go by the team right after the loss. Las Vegas has dealt with several changes to the coaching staff since last season when former head coach Josh McDaniels was fired and replaced by current coach Antonio Pierce.

After five straight losses leading to a 2-7 record this season, the Raiders have taken drastic action. Sunday night they fired OC Luke Getsy after just nine game with the team and also let go of two other members of the offensive staff.
