J.J. Spaun holds a 1-shot lead at The Players following a difficult third round where heavy winds made conditions difficult in Florida.

With gusts up to 30 mph, Spaun shot 2-under 70 to take a one-shot lead into the final round, where TV and tee times have been moved up.

You didn’t need to look at the scoreboard to know what kind of day it was at the Players Championship. You needed only to look at the exasperated expressions on the players’ faces. Really, all you needed to do was watch Scottie Scheffler.
