UFC Vegas 112 weigh-in results: Manel Kape last to show, but official for main event
Manel Kape made everyone sweat at Friday’s official weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 112. The flyweight contender made his walk to the scale with less than two minutes remaining in the one-hour weigh-in window, successfully registering at 126 pounds for Saturday’s main event bout with Brandon Royval.
In the co-feature, flyweight king Alexandre Pantoja (30-5 MMA, 14-3 UFC) tests 24-year-old Joshua Van (15-2 MMA, 8-1 UFC), who attempts to become the second-youngest champion in company history behind Jon Jones. Pantoja was 125 and was the second fighter to weigh in. Van was a half-pound under the title limit at 124.5.
