Another E. coli outbreak is sweeping the country, this time riding along with a huge batch of organic carrots. Here's how to know if your carrots are affected.

One person is dead and over a dozen others were hospitalized due to an E. coli outbreak connected to recalled organic carrots, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Grimmway Farms, based in Bakersfiled, California, has recalled the carrots, which included whole and baby organic carrots sold in bags under multiple brand names including 365, Cal-Organic, Nature's Promise, O-Organics, Trader Joe's and Wegmans, among others.
