Joining Trump on the Forbes 400 are 37 of his uber-rich neighbors. All own homes in Palm Beach, live here or have other strong residential ties to the island. Combined, the Palm Beachers’ estimated net worth tallied at $520.8 billion, the analysis showed.

Of the 400 names on the list, three reside in the Pittsburgh region: Edward Stack and family, Thomas Tull and Maggie Hardy. Stack is the executive chairman and largest individual shareholder of Dick's Sporting Goods, a Coraopolis-based company. He has an estimated net worth of $5.8 billion and came in at No. 225, according to Forbes.

Almost a quarter of all the wealth on The Forbes 400 is held by residents of one state. Two others tie for second for the first time ever.

Dan Snyder, the previous owner of the Washington Commanders, made the list of locals on the Forbes 400, likely for the last time. He ranks No. 299 at $4.5 billion, though Snyder and his family moved to England shortly after the sale of the Commanders.
