ST. LOUIS -- Goalie Cam Talbot impressed against the hottest club in the NHL, finishing with 35 saves, but the Detroit Red Wings had to settle for just one point in a 2-1 overtime loss to the St. Louis Blues at Enterprise Center on Tuesday night.

There are only eight regular-season games left and there's plenty to play for. But Tuesday's 2-1 OT loss in St. Louis is going to leave a mark.

The Blues extended their win streak to 10 games with a 2-1 overtime win over the Red Wings on Tuesday night at Enterprise Center. Cam Fowler scored the game-winning goal with 1:33 remaining in overtime for the Blues.

Lucas Raymond and Marco Kasper scored, Cam Talbot stopped 21 shots and the Detroit Red Wings beat the Boston Bruins 2-1

The Hurricanes are generating 3.28 goals per contest in 2024-25, seventh in the NHL.
