Four members of Delray Beach Fire Rescue, including top brass, have been placed on administrative leave following the crash between a fire truck and a Brightline train last Saturday.

They are on leave “pending the results of an internal administrative investigation to determine if City and Fire Rescue policies and procedures were followed,” the fire chief said.

Delray Beach Fire Chief Ronald Martin said in a Facebook post Friday evening that four employees are being placed on administrative leave with pay.
