The 2024 LIV Golf season is over, but that doesn’t mean all golfers who compete in the league are done for the year. This week, one of the best DP World Tour events of the season gets underway in Scotland,

As well as film stars Michael Douglas, Andy Garcia and Bill Murray the worlds of music and sport are also well-represented in the pro-am tournament with Huey Lewis, Gareth Bale, Ruud Gullit, Jamie Redknapp and cricket stars Jimmy Anderson, Allan Lamb, Mark Nicholas, Kevin Pietersen and Michael Vaughan all taking part.

A combined individual and pro-am team event, the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship takes place in Scotland this week.

Some of the big names in the field include Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka, Tommy Fleetwood, Shane Lowry, Matt Fitzpatrick, Tyrrell Hatton and Billy Horschel. LIV Golf’s Yasir Al-Rumayyan, PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan and DP World Tour Chief Executive Officer Guy Kinnings are all expected to be at the event.
