Honestly, I don't know. Bears Ears is still almost a complete mystery to me. We didn't go to the end of the road, we didn't have time and Mom was done already and kept saying lets turn around now, but we saw nothing like that or any signs of development. BUT,.. like I said, we didn't go all the way,. and really,. How cool is it that its unknown? Go discover YOUR newest park.
