Questions & answers

Q:
Is the park & museum open after Labor Day? Is it open on Fridays?
A:
The park, and town, are open 365. Some museums/homes may be closed from time to time, but likely open on Labor Day, if not federal govt sites. The websites are very good. Goggle them.

I will only be able to visit here when the two homes are not open (on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). Is this site worth the visit if I don't go in those homes, or should I wait a few years?
A:

I just learned that everything will be closed when we scheduled to visit next week. I cannot believe how sad this is at this point in our nation's history! I'm bringing my 9-year-old daughter from California to learn about women's history after all we've been through this last year as a country. I cannot emphasize how disappointed I am that nothing will be open as I doubt we will ever be in this part of the country again. Is there anything at all we can see on a Tuesday?
A:
The Park will reopen seven days a week on July 9th. There is a beautiful water wall next the visitor center in Declaration Park. We are very sorry to miss you on your visit to Seneca Falls.
Q:
If you are closed on Mondays, what days are you open? (and hours)
A:
I echo the reply above.
